On May 17, 2026, the Regional Conference on the Promotion of the Quality Control Standards for Health Examinations and the 6th Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Health Examination Quality Control Conference was held in Beijing. The event was jointly organized by the Beijing Health Examination Quality Control and Improvement Center, the Tianjin Health Examination Quality Control Center, and the Hebei Health Examination Quality Management and Control Center.

Centered on the theme of “Unified Regional Quality Standards, Building a Strong Health Defense Together,” the conference featured keynote presentations, standard interpretation sessions, experience-sharing activities, and specialized training programs. Health and market regulation authorities from Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei reviewed the development and release of the regional collaborative local standard, Quality Control Standards for Health Examinations. They emphasized that promoting standardized and homogeneous development of health examination services across the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is an essential requirement for supporting national strategies and improving public well-being, while also providing clear guidance for the implementation of the standard. During the keynote session, experts provided in-depth explanations of the strategic background, key principles, and implementation pathways of the standard. Representatives from the three regional quality control centers shared their achievements and innovative practices in quality management, demonstrating their shared commitment to regional collaboration, resource sharing, and joint development. Specialized training sessions focused on topics including whole-process quality management, quality control standards for chief examiners, and smart technology-enabled development. These sessions addressed key industry challenges, enhanced the professional capabilities of practitioners across the three regions, and promoted overall improvements in health examination quality. More than 550 leaders, experts, and industry professionals from health authorities, market regulation departments, and related institutions across Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei attended the conference. Through collaborative standards and coordinated quality control efforts, participants contributed to the development of a regional health community and injected new momentum into the high-quality integrated development of healthcare services in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
