Recently, the award ceremony for the China Youth “Chuangqingchun” Competition – Health Sector Special Track and the 2nd National Youth Innovation Competition in the Health Industry (hereinafter referred to as “the Competition”), jointly organized by the National Health Commission and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China, was successfully held in Beijing. The Competition was themed “Youth Taking Responsibility for Advancing Chinese Modernization”, and featured six categories: Clinical Medicine, Medical Products, Clinical Nursing, Smart Healthcare, Public Health and Health Management and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Since its launch, the Competition has attracted enthusiastic participation from young innovators across the national health system, with a total of 3,632 projects submitted. Following evaluation and nomination by provincial-level authorities, 1,902 projects advanced to the national stage. After the preliminary and final rounds, a total of 39 Gold Awards, 79 Silver Awards, 117 Bronze Awards, and 408 Excellence Awards were granted across the six categories. Young professionals from Beijing’s health sector achieved remarkable success in this Competition, winning 6 Gold Awards, 15 Silver Awards, 9 Bronze Awards, and 44 Excellence Awards.
