In the scorching summer heat with high temperatures and frequent rainfall, to effectively serve staff and safeguard their physical and mental well-being during the hotsummer days, since July the Trade Union of the Beijing Municipal Health Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Commission Trade Union) has been making systematic arrangements and carefully organizing activities to visit frontline staff, deliver “summer coolness” packages, and express care and appreciation. These efforts aim to foster an industry atmosphere that respects and cares for workers.
