On December 6, marking the first anniversary of the issuance of Beijing's "Several Measures on Promoting the Deep Integration of Party Building and Business Work in Government Agencies, Enterprises, and Institutions", the Exchange and Sharing Conference on "Deep Integration of Party Building and Business Work" of public hospitals in Beijing was successfully held. Li Ang, a member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Health Commission, attended the event and delivered a speech.

The meeting underscored the importance of enhancing political awareness regarding the integration of party building and business operations. It emphasized the need to establish a concept of integration, understand internal rules, and ensure that party building is centered around business work. The goal is to leverage the Party's political and organizational advantages to support and drive the development of the health sector. The conference called for the exploration of methods and pathways to achieve the deep integration of party building and business. It highlighted the importance of adopting a problem-oriented approach, accurately addressing challenges, and developing practices tailored to the specific needs of each unit. The aim is to use party building as a foundation for advancing the capital’s core work and healthcare initiatives. Furthermore, the meeting emphasized the need to explore and improve long-term mechanisms for integration, enforce the party building work responsibility system, enhance the evaluation and assessment of party building efforts, and establish a coordinated system for integrating party building and business.

Representatives from 10 units participated in the exchange, including the Party Committees of Peking University Third Hospital, Beijing Tsinghua Chang Gung Hospital, Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Beijing Children's Hospital, Beijing Anding Hospital, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Fangshan Hospital, Xuanwu Hospital Multidisciplinary Party Branch, Beijing Tongren Hospital Ophthalmology Center Party Branch, Beijing Jishuitan Hospital Emergency Department Party Branch, and Mentougou District Maternal and Child Health Hospital Party Branch.
