Recently, the Municipal Health Commission has carried out a series of research and discussion activities on the difficulties and blocking problems that restrict the development of pre-hospital medical emergencies.
On March 1, Li Ang, deputy director of the Municipal Health Commission, led a team to Changping District to supervise and investigate the pre-hospital medical emergency work at the first aid workstations in Beiqijia and Beijiao, and held on-site meetings. The main responsible comrades and relevant experts of the Emergency Response Office of the Beijing Municipal Health Commission, the Beijing Emergency Center, the responsible comrades of the Changping District Government and the main responsible comrades of the District Health Commission attended the event.
On March 8 and 10, the Emergency Response Office of the Municipal Health Commission organized leaders and responsible comrades of relevant departments of some districts health commissions and directors of emergency sub-centers in some districts to hold special meetings on pre-hospital medical emergency work. In-depth research and discussion exchanges were carried out on the establishment of independent legal person emergency sub-centers, the construction of pre-hospital medical emergency teams, social first aid capacity building, and non-emergency transportation.
On March 16, the Emergency Response Office of the Municipal Health Commission went to first-aid workstations of Beixiaojie, Jingshan and Qianmen as well as Dongcheng Emergency Center to investigate the construction and service guarantee of pre-hospital first-aid facilities in their areas. While investigating, the relevant responsible comrades of Dongcheng District Health Commission, Beijing Emergency Center, Dongcheng First Aid Station and other departments and units exchanged views and jointly studying measures and methods to strengthen service guarantee and improve the capacity of pre-hospital medical emergency services in their areas.
The Municipal Health Commission will focus on the difficulties and blocking problems in the development of pre-hospital medical emergency undertakings through diligent investigation and practical discussions, continue to carry out in-depth investigation and research, widely absorb opinions and suggestions from all parties, and solidly promote the development of pre-hospital medical emergency in the city step by step.
