On July 29, 2022, the Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision Team of the Municipal Health Commission held a meeting for the appointment of special social supervisors. The leaders of the discipline inspection and supervision team, the new special social supervisors and the comrades in charge of the discipline inspection departments of 6 comprehensive supervision units attended the meeting.

The notice on the appointment of 29 people including Kong Xiangyi as special social supervisors was declared, and the letters of appointment and work certificates were issued. The leader of special social supervisors reported the work of the previous and new special social supervisors. The new special social supervisors are composed of 29 people including Kong Xiangyi, Ma Yan, Wang Mingyang, Zhang Kaixiang, Zhu Lan, Han Xiaohong, Wang Baoguo, Qi Yongxin, Zhang Ying, Li Xiaobin, Zhang Li, Chen Ping, Fang Zhiyuan, Li Xuemei, Fu Jianrong, Bai Yu, Wang Tieling, Zhong Difeifei, Liu Yanjun, Liu Zejun, Huang Shisong, Shi Yingxiu, Tong Lihua, Li Yang, Sun Jingkun, Li Guowang, Guo Shuwei, Bo Yu, and Jia Fanghong. The term of office is three years. They should be familiar with the work of discipline inspection and supervision, understand social conditions and public opinion, be brave and good at supervision, support the cause of discipline inspection and supervision, and conscientiously perform the seven main responsibilities.
