Head of Beijing Chinese Medicine Administration Bureau TU Zhitao, Deputy Head Yu Zhen, Deputy Director of its Medical Policy Department Wang Xin had a field work on traditional Chinese medicine work in Fangshan District. Deputy Head of Fangshan District Liao Chunying, Director of Fangshan District Committee of Health and Family Planning Yang Dongli, Head of Fangshan District Chinese Medicine Hospital Xu Xisheng and person-in-charges from relevant departments of Beijing Chinese Medicine Hospital also participated in this field work.
Tu Zhitao firstly visited in person the new premise of Fangshan District Chinese Medicine Hospital to be newly built, and then visited Fangshan District Committee of Health and Family Planning to have a discussion on the Chinese medicine basic situation and its development in Fangshan District.
Yang Dongli, Director of Fangshan District Committee of Health and Family Planning reported the overall development information of Chinese medicine work in Fangshan District, process of Fangshan District Chinese Medicine Hospital new construction project and its further working plan. Leaders from each unit had an actively communication and discussion on the topic of how to further promote Chinese medicine to develop healthily in the meeting.
Tu replied affirmatively on the achievements of Fangshan District Chinese medicine career, and pointed out that, Fangshan District should work for the founding of national Chinese medicine a “renovation and position creation” demonstration base. The base can put talent cultivation, health services, industrial reform, culture broadcasting and science research as the main contents of the “renovation and position creation” topic, and also make full efforts on Chinese medicine characteristics and advantages, promote a whole-chain service by uniting medical treatment, prevention, health care, health preserving, recovery, plantation and tourism, to serve all health demands of people in different life cycle. It can also found a Chinese medicine health service mode with justice to realize the real development of Chinese medicine career.
