Beijing Municipal Health Commission Held Health Talents Training of Beijing and Seminar of Young and Middle-aged Talents of Shijiazhuang Health System of Hebei Province of 2019

On February 20, 2019, the Beijing Municipal Health Commission held the Health Talents Training of Beijing and the Seminar of Young and Middle-aged Talents of Shijiazhuang Health System of Hebei Province of 2019. Zheng Jinpu, deputy inspector of the Municipal Health Commission, Director Song Mei of the Department of Science and Education, Deputy Director of the Peking University Health Science Center, Duan Liping, key talents of grassroots hospitals and health and family planning committees of the 16 districts in Beijing and key talents of the health system of Shijiazhuang, totaling more than 200 people, participated in the training.
The training lasted for 12 months. First, a two-week theoretical public class training was held in the Peking University Health Science Center. Then, according to the choices of the talents, they entered the tertiary hospital for 11 months of “one-to-one” tutorial training on practical skills. Students finishing the completion appraisal, examination and thesis can complete the course.
Deputy inspector Zheng Jinpu stressed that the purpose of training is to help the district hospitals to build disciplines and educate talents by giving full play to the resources of large hospitals. He asked all units to recognize that the backbone training is an important task in the medical reform. The health administrative department should take this work as the key content to strengthen the construction of primary health care. He hoped that the participants in the training should strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the training hospital, cherish the opportunities, and learn true knowledge from the course.
