On the morning of November 25th, the launching ceremony of the "Police-Doctor Joint Action" co-sponsored by the Municipal Health Commission and the Municipal Traffic Management Bureau was held in the square west of the National Stadium. Zhang Hua, deputy director of the Municipal Health Commission, attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, the Beijing Emergency Center and the Municipal Traffic Management Bureau signed and exchanged an information exchange mechanism agreement on police-doctor joint action. The Municipal Health Commission awarded a license for the "green channel hospital of medical emergency for police-doctor joint action". The first batch of licensed comprehensive treatment hospitals for traffic accidents totals 39. These hospitals have approaches to the social assistance fund for traffic accidents, implementing the integrated construction of emergency treatment and first aid in the hospital and establishing an integrated “green channel” on the way to and inside the hospital. All people injured in traffic accidents will receive rescue treatment as soon as possible. Those hospitals are doing their best to save lives.
