Wash hands frequently and maintain hand hygiene. Children who are eligible should receive vaccines according to the national immunization schedule. Citizens who meet the criteria are encouraged to get the seasonal influenza vaccine. 2. Maintain Clean Living Spaces:Regularly clean and disinfect floors and frequently touched objects. While keeping yourself adequately warm, open windows 2–3 times daily for at least 30 minutes each time to ensure proper ventilation. 3. Pay Attention to Travel Safety:Monitor weather forecasts and warning information. Plan travel arrangements in advance and take measures to stay warm during outdoor activities. Minimize outdoor activities during extreme weather, such as heavy snow, rain, or strong winds. 4. Conduct Health Monitoring:Closely observe your own and your family members’ health. If symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough, or diarrhea occur, seek medical care promptly according to the severity of the condition and avoid participating in gatherings. 5. Schools, nursing homes, and other crowded facilities should conduct public education on infectious disease prevention, strictly implement health management and reporting systems, and enhance daily cleaning and disinfection of the environment.
