2. Health Tips
As the seasons shift from autumn to winter and the temperature difference between day and night widens, respiratory and intestinal infectious diseases are entering a high-incidence period. We would like to remind all citizens to take the following precautions: 1. Maintain good personal protection.Dress appropriately according to temperature changes to avoid catching a cold. When visiting crowded places, wear masks properly, practice good hand hygiene, and avoid touching your mouth, eyes, or nose with unwashed hands. Actively receive vaccinations against influenza, pneumonia, and other infectious diseases to build an immune barrier. 2. Ensure environmental and food hygiene.Clean and ventilate indoor areas regularly to maintain a comfortable living environment. Avoid drinking untreated water and eating unwashed fruits, vegetables, or unhygienic food. When dining with others, use serving chopsticks or separate dishes. 3. Pay attention to travel safety. Before traveling, learn about the infectious disease situation at your destination and get vaccinated as required. Avoid unnecessary travel to epidemic areas. Those traveling abroad should stay vigilant, avoid contact with livestock or wild animals that may carry zoonotic diseases, and seek medical attention promptly if symptoms such as fever, headache, or diarrhea occur. 4. Strengthen health monitoring. If someone around you develops diarrhea or vomiting, handle vomit and excreta properly and disinfect contaminated items. Kindergartens, schools, and other collective institutions should enhance daily health monitoring, strictly implement morning and noon health checks, and keep records of absences due to illness.
