As spring arrives, temperatures gradually rise, and the difference between day and night remains large — some infectious diseases are in high incidence. Here are some health reminders to the citizens. 1. Enhance Personal Protection Awareness. Adjust clothing appropriately according to indoor and outdoor temperatures. When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with tissues, towels, etc. Pay attention to hand hygiene. Wear a mask when going to crowded places or depending on the weather conditions. 2. Strengthen Health Monitoring and Management. Closely monitor your own and your family’s health status. If symptoms such as fever, cough, vomiting, or diarrhea occur, seek medical attention in a timely manner as appropriate, and proactively inform medical staff of any recent travel or contact history. 3. Strengthen Prevention and Control in Key Institutions. Schools, childcare institutions, nursing homes, and other key units should conduct health education on infectious disease prevention and control, strengthen routine environmental disinfection, and implement comprehensive control measures such as morning and afternoon health checks, tracking absences, vaccination, and health education. 4. Develop Good Hygiene Habits. Keep the home environment clean and maintain indoor air circulation. Pay attention to food and water safety during travel and group meals. During outdoor activities, avoid close contact with poultry and other wild animals.
