The number of reported cases of legal infectious diseases in Beijing this week decreased by 27.6% compared with last week, and respiratory infectious diseases were the main reported diseases, the cases of which accounted for 98.9% of the reported diseases.

At present, the number of reported influenza cases in Beijing is still at a high level. Citizens should help children maintain good personal hygiene habits such as wash hands frequently, and ensure a balanced diet, moderate exercise, and adequate rest. Schools and childcare institutions should do a good job in daily ventilation disinfection and health education. It is necessary to do a good job of morning and noon health inspections, to ensure early detection, early reporting, and early disposal of concentrated fever epidemics.
