I. Epidemic overview

During the 50th week of 2022, there were a total of 3389 cases of 11 kinds of legal infectious diseases reported, and 4 case died in Beijing. The top five diseases with a large number of cases are COVID-19, Tuberculosis, Influenza, Viral Hepatitis, and Syphilis, accounting for 98.5% of the total number of cases of legal infectious diseases.

II. Health tips for key epidemic situation

This week, the number of reported cases of legal infectious diseases in Beijing has decreased compared with last week, and respiratory infectious diseases are the main reported diseases, the cases of which accounted for 94.2% of the reported number.

Beijing has made every effort to promote the resumption of work and production of enterprises. Here are some recommendations for citizens. The first is to insist on wearing masks. When taking public transportation or van elevators on the way to work, it is necessary to wear masks correctly. In the workplace, it is necessary to wear masks scientifically, and it is recommended to always bring a mask and choose to put on the mask appropriately according to different environment. The second is to maintain air circulation in the workplace. It is recommended to open the windows first for natural ventilation. If possible, the exhaust fan and other extraction devices can be turned on to enhance the indoor air flow. Air conditioners should be cleaned and disinfected before use. When using the centralized air conditioning ventilation system, it is necessary to ensure that the indoor fresh air volume meets the requirements of health standards, and the exterior windows should be opened regularly to strengthen ventilation. The third is to maintain personal hygiene and wash hands frequently. It is necessary to wash or disinfect your hands after arriving at the workplace and during work, such as after contacting with deliveries, cleaning up garbage, as well as before eating and after using the toilet. You should avoid touching your mouth, eyes, or nose with uncleaned hands. When you get home, it is necessary to wash your hands first. The fourth is to keep the environment clean and clear up garbage in time. Elevator buttons, punch-card machine, desks, conference tables, microphones, door handles and other common items or parts should be cleaned and disinfected by wiping with alcohol-based or chlorine-containing disinfectant. Fifth, it is necessary to pay attention to dining safety. It is recommended to avoid gathering and disinfect the tableware one by one after using at staff canteen. The staff should pay attention to hand hygiene and maintain social distancing when purchasing or picking meals. It is suggested to sit dispersedly during meals and avoid getting together and face-to-face chatting during eating. Sixth, after recovering from the COVID-19, we must also pay attention to protection. At present, it is in the period of high incidence of respiratory infections in winter, and there are other infectious diseases in addition to the COVID-19. After the recovery, you still need to do a good job of protection respiratory system with high standards. After returning to work, it is necessary to wear masks in crowded public places, and pay attention to hand hygiene and the etiquette when coughing or sneezing.
