At present, the situation of epidemic prevention and control in Beijing is severe and complex, and the current round of the epidemic presents the characteristics of multi-source input, multi-chain spreading, and wide range covering multiple points. Cluster epidemics and sporadic cases appeared at the same time. Citizens should continue to adhere to wearing masks correctly, in supermarkets, theaters, hotels and other indoor and outdoor crowded places, in van elevators, planes, trains, subways, buses and other public transportation vehicles, in restaurants or canteens during a non-eating state, in hospital for treatment, accompany, nucleic acid testing and respiratory symptoms. It is necessary to be sure to cover the mouth and nose, seal the nose pad, and keep the mask fitting the face completely. It is not recommended to take off the mask or pull it down to expose your nose in crowded places to prevent the risk of infection. When persons at risk are in situations such as centralized isolation, transfer, check-in, meal pick-up, nucleic acid sampling, going out for medical treatment, and releasing from isolation, they should wear the N95 or KN95 medical protective masks correctly and do a good job of hand hygiene.
Autumn and winter are the seasons of high incidence of respiratory infectious diseases such as Influenza. Citizens should pay attention to recent temperature changes, do a good job of cold prevention by adding or removing clothes according to temperature changes, keep indoor air circulation and environment clean, pay attention to personal hygiene, ensure adequate sleep, adhere to appropriate exercise, avoid going to public places with dense population and poor air circulation, minimize contact with patients with influenza-like cases, wear masks if contact is necessary, and maintain a safe social distance, to reduce the risk of superimposed respiratory infectious diseases in autumn and winter.
