Citizens should not participate in large-scale training or conferences across provinces, regions and cities. Personal protection measures, such as wearing masks correctly and wash hands frequently should be taken during travel or business trips. The second is to pay close attention to the physical condition of themselves and their family members. Especially, those who enter and return to Beijing should take the initiative to report to the community, strictly abide by the prevention and control regulations, avoid having meals or gatherings within 7 days after returning to Beijing, and conduct nucleic acid testing and health monitoring as required. It is recommended to work from home before the negative nucleic acid test result is available. Third, if you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, and diarrhea, you should not go to work, school, or participate in social activities. It is necessary to take the initiative to conduct nucleic acid testing, seek medical treatment in time, and take the initiative to inform the doctor of your travel history, contact history, etc., so as to facilitate the doctor's investigation.
