At present, the epidemic situation abroad is spreading at a high level, and the domestic epidemic situation shows a trend of multipal points, wide areas and frequent occurrences. There have been many independent transmission chains reported in Beijing, and it is a critical period for epidemic prevention and control. First, it is recommended that citizens should continue to avoid leaving Beijing unless it is necessary, reduce unnecessary dinner parties, try not to go to places with dense crowds and poor ventilation, and maintain good hygiene habits such as not shaking hands, washing hands and ventilating frequently. Second, those who intersected with the trajectory of the confirmed case and who received a pop-up reminder from the Beijing Health Kit should immediately report to the community and unit, and cooperate with various prevention and control measures. The third is to actively cooperate when receiving investigation calls from the community. It is necessary to provide real and effective personal information, and trajectory of personal activities.

Recently, there have been many reports of infection related to overseas mail, clothing and other items in many places in China. Citizens should raise awareness of prevention when shopping online. First, during the period of high incidence of foreign COVID-19 epidemics, it is not necessary to reduce shopping overseas. The second is to wear masks and disposable gloves properly when receiving overseas mail or items to reduce direct contact. The third is to pick up the package at a fixed location and try to achieve contactless handover. If you need to sign in person, it is necessary to keep a safe distance from others. Fourth, you should try to remove the package outdoors, and dispose of it as household waste. If you need to take them home, you can use chlorine-containing disinfectant or 75% alcohol to spray or wipe the surface. Fifth, you should take off gloves and replace masks in time, and carefully wash or disinfect hands after handling mail and express delivery. It is also suggested to avoid touching mouth, eyes, and nose with unclean hands.
