I. Epidemic situation
During the 31th week of 2018 (from July 30, 2018 to August 5, 2018), there were a total of 4,168 cases of 18 kinds of legal infectious diseases reported, and no case died in the city. The five diseases with a large number of cases are Hand-foot-mouth Disease, Other Infectious Diarrhea, Dysentery, Tuberculosis and Syphilis, accounting for 92.40% of the reported cases of legal infectious diseases.
II. Key epidemic situation
(i) Hand-foot-mouth Disease
The number of cases reported this week is decreased by 4.94% as compared with last week as shown in Figure 1. The figure had increased for several weeks and started to decrease this week.
