After effective first-aid measures, the patient gradually regained consciousness and ECG monitoring turned to sinus rhythm. When arriving at the hospital, the patient's consciousness and vital signs gradually improved and stabilized, and she received further treatment process in the hospital.

1. Enquire about the condition of the patient

It is necessary to ask the patient about the nature of chest pain, such as location, extent, duration, etc. It is necessary to identify whether the pain radiates to the shoulders, cheeks and jaw, neck, back, upper limbs or upper abdomen, whether there is a history of coronary heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, etc., and whether there is exertion, agitation, overeating, cold stimulation, smoking, heavy drinking, etc. before the occurrence of the symptoms.

2. Check the body

It is recommended to check the patient for symptoms such as pallor, sweating, clammy limbs, blue lips, dyspnea, and hemoptysis, and whether the patient's pulse is normal.
