1. Do not do morning exercises too early. The sun rises early in summer, and many people would love to go to the park early for morning exercises. However, air pollutants are most likely to appear in summer, and they could not be completely diffused before 6 o'clock in the morning. In addition, before sunrise, there is not much fresh oxygen near the green plants. On the contrary, a large amount of carbon dioxide is accumulated. Doing morning exercises should not be earlier than 6 o'clock in summer.

2. Do not drink water too fast. Due to the high temperature, the shortage of water in human body will accelerate. Many people are accustomed to drinking large amounts of water quickly. If you drink water too fast, the water will enter the blood quickly and be absorbed in the intestines, making the blood thinner and increasing blood volume. As the burden on the heart increases, people with coronary heart disease will experience symptoms such as chest tightness and shortness of breath, which may lead to myocardial infarction in severe cases. People should not drink water too fast. It is recommended to drink for many times with a small amount of water each time. Water that is very cold is not proper for drinking. Warm water above 10 degrees is the best for your body.

3. Eye are sensitive to sun exposure. Under the scorching sun, the eyes are the most vulnerable organ. If you pay little attention to sunscreen for eyes, they are easy to age in advance and may get various eye diseases. If you want to go out from 10 am to 4 pm, it is best to wear sunglasses, a hat or a parasol. You can eat more foods that are beneficial for eyes, such as longans, yam, carrots, red dates, etc. Bacteria multiply fast in summer. It is necessary to stop rubbing eyes with hands. Washing face with running water is also helpful to reduce eye diseases.

4. The cervical spine is sensitive to cold wind. It is prone to causing neck cramps and back pain if your cervical spine is in the wind produced by the air conditioner for a long time. The indoor air temperature should not be lower than 25 degrees Celsius. You should not place your back or your shoulders directly against the air conditioner. If the temperature cannot be adjusted, you could put a shawl on your shoulders.

5. Dust in the living environment is harmful to your health. It is hot and humid in summer, and dust is more likely to adhere to the air and enter people's skin and body. Because it is difficult to be recognized by the eyes, people often neglect to clean the dust. Dust floats in the air for a long time and attaches to the surface of objects in large quantities, becoming a habitat for dust mites and mold spores in the air. These harmful factors will enter the respiratory system, and then cause asthma, rhinitis and other diseases. In summer, the frequency of cleaning should be increased.

6. The intestines and stomach are sensitive to cold. Summer is a period of high incidence of intestinal diseases, so you should avoid eating food that is too cold, especially when you get up in the morning or when you are going to bed at night. In order to keep the "intestines and stomach" warm in time, you could add some ginger or mustard when eating cold foods to warm up and sterilize the stomach.
