Stroke includes ischemic stroke (cerebral infarction) and hemorrhagic stroke (brain parenchymal hemorrhage, intraventricular hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage).
This is a self-test identification method called 120. 1 means one look to check whether the face and the mouth is symmetrical. 2 means to check whether the two arms can lift or not. 0 means to check whether you can speak clearly.
The principle of treatment in the acute phase of stroke is to improve the blood circulation in the cerebral ischemic area as soon as possible and promote the recovery of nerve function. The first-aid staff should conduct a brief assessment and necessary emergency treatment as soon as possible.
1. Solve problems in airway, breathing and circulation; 2. Cardiac monitoring; 3. Establish venous access; 4. Inhale oxygen; 5. Evaluate hypoglycemia. The following things should be avoided. 1. Move the patient without permission of doctors; 2. Inject sugary liquid for non-hypoglycemic patients; 3. Excessively lower blood pressure; 4. Excessive intravenous infusion.
