Wang Hesheng, Deputy Director of the National Health Commission, Inspected Grassroots Health Work in Beijing

On April 8, 5 people including Wang Hesheng, deputy director of the National Health Commission, and Nie Chunlei, director of the Department of Primary Health, and other relative personnel went to the city to investigate grassroots health work. Chen Bei, deputy secretary-general of the municipal government, Lei Haichao, secretary of the party committee and director of the Municipal Health Commission, deputy director of the commission An Xuejun and other leaders accompanied the investigation.
Wang Hesheng and his team visited community health service centers at Qiaozi Town, Huairou District, Exhibition Road of Xicheng District and Fangzhuang of Fengtai District. They inspected the work of grassroots medical institutions and experienced the planned immunization process, learned about the work introduction and communicated with medical staff and on-site residents.
Wang Hesheng, deputy director of the National Health Commission, highly affirmed the progress and effectiveness of the medical and health undertakings of Beijing. He hopes that Beijing will continue to maintain a good state of mind, conscientiously sum up the experience and practices of reforms of the separation in medicine, deepen reforms continuously, continue to set benchmarks and create experience for the country. Medical institutions in Beijing shall attach great importance to the comprehensive reform of medical consumables to be implemented and make detailed arrangements to ensure smooth reforms and to welcome the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic with outstanding achievements.
