Beijing Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning Held a Symposium for Demobilized Army Cadres

In order to celebrate the 91st anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning held a symposium for demobilized army cadres on July 31, 2018. At the symposium, 10 military cadre representatives of the Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning, the Municipal Traditional Chinese Medicine Administration and the Municipal Administration of Hospitals reviewed their military career and exchange their understanding and experience on how the demobilized army cadres play a better role in the development of health industry.

On behalf of the party committee, the secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning and the party secretary of the Municipal Administration of Hospitals, Mr. Lei Haichao, expressed their congratulations and condolences to the party and fully affirmed the transfer of the demobilized army cadres. First, they had political firmness and high comprehensive quality. Second, they worked with strict style and strong sense of mission. Third, they had flexible state of mind to actively completing military transformation. Fourth, they had worked hard to complete their duties. Hai Chao also expressed his earnest hope for the future work of the demobilized army cadres. First, they must firmly establish the "four senses" to strengthen party spirits and build a good style of work. Second, they must take the initiative to let go of their pride to adapt to job changes and professional requirements, and actively integrate into the new environment. Third, they must actively participate in the reform and development of health and family planning, and give full play of the subjective initiative in themselves. Fourth, they must strengthen business learning, enhance international vision, and improve work quality and efficiency. In response to the suggestions made by the comrades, Hai Chao asked the three organs to implement a system of talks, conduct pre-employment training, and care for the growth of cadres.

Li Yanmei, member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning, Tu Zhitao, member of the Party Committee of the Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning, director of the Municipal Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, deputy inspector of the Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning, Gao Xiaojun, secretary of the Party Committee of the Municipal Government, and Pan Suyan, deputy chairman and deputy director of the Municipal Administration of Hospitals and persons in charge of the relevant office participated in the discussion.
