According to the characteristics of the city's health and family planning industry, the overall work recommendations for the next step of counterpart support and poverty alleviation were proposed. The first is to fulfill the duties and to talk about politics, the overall situation and the party spirit, and understand and grasp the work of poverty alleviation through the realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. In accordance with the requirements of the municipal party committee and government, it was required to truly regard this work as a matter of mutual concern and make the results of the development of the capital's medical and health care. benefit more people. Secondly, it emphasized the elimination of corruption. We should effectively integrate the requirements for the prevention and control of integrity risks into all aspects of counterpart support and poverty alleviation. We should standardize the working mechanism, classify the counterpart support and poverty alleviation work according to the project, standardize the work flow, improve the working mechanism, define the time limit of liability, and highlight the actual work effect.

Gao Xiaojun, deputy inspector of the Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning, emphasized that, firstly, we should realize our station positions and earnestly enhance the sense of political responsibility. It is necessary to understand the counterpart support and poverty alleviation efforts of the medical and health industry from the strategic perspective of the “three critical battles” and to implement the major political responsibilities for poverty alleviation. Second, we must strictly supervise and intensify inspections of medical and health aids. It is necessary to inspect the full coverage of supervision in accordance with the requirements of the Central Committee and the Municipal Committee. In particular, it is necessary to strengthen the management of projects involving funds to prevent problems such as corruption and encroachment, misrepresentation and seizure, misappropriation, and relatives and friends privileges. The third is to build a mechanism to ensure the successful completion of the work. The Supporting Cooperation Office of the Commission should take the initiative to communicate with the disciplinary inspection and supervision team of the resident party and establish a long-term mechanism to ensure that all decisions and plans of the Central Committee and the Municipal Party Committee are implemented. This will provide a strong disciplinary guarantee for winning the fight against poverty.
