The five diseases with a large number of cases are Influenza, Other Infectious Diarrhea, Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease, Tuberculosis and Syphilis, accounting for 84.80% of the total reported cases of incidence.

II. Key epidemic situation
Compared with the data of last week, the overall incidence of infectious diseases in our city this week shows a downward trend this week, while seasonal infectious diseases such as Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease, Other Infectious Diarrhea and Chickenpox increased slightly. Patients aged 10-19 covers about a half of the cases of Chickenpox reported this week.
Chickenpox is a fever-producing rash caused by varicella-zoster virus. It is a disease with the characteristics of strong and rapid infectiousness, which may cause epidemic outbreaks in collective institutions. Schools and child care institutions should open windows to ventilate regularly and implement daily disinfection measures. Once there is a chickenpox case, it is necessary to cooperate closely with the disease control department and the local community health service agencies to implement the epidemic prevention and control measures. Children with Chickenpox should be treated and take more rest. After the disease has been healed, the student must get a certificate of resumption from the community health service agency before returning to the school. Patients with Chickenpox should avoid causing inflammation or scars by scratching their herpes, and pay attention to changes in the condition. If the patient has symptoms such as persistent high fever, vomiting, and lethargy, he or she should go to the hospital for medical treatment.
