I. Epidemic situation 
During the 7th week of 2019 (from February 11, 2019 to February 17, 2019), there were a total of 6,090 cases of 19 kinds of legal infectious diseases reported, and 7 cases died in the city. The five diseases with a large number of cases are Influenza, Other Infectious Diarrhea, Tuberculosis, Viral Hepatitis and Syphilis, accounting for 96.83% of the reported cases of legal infectious diseases. 

II. Key epidemic situation 
This is the first week after the Spring Festival holiday, the incidence of chronic infectious diseases such as Viral hepatitis, Tuberculosis, Syphilis and Other Infectious Diarrhea cases has increased. The number of cases reported of Influenza has further declined.
With the end of the Spring Festival holiday, schools and child care institutions have started school and employees of Beijing have returned, and the concentration of people has increased. There is still possibility of small fluctuations in influenza, but the possibility of a sharp rebound is relatively low. It is recommended that schools and child care institutions continue to strictly implement health examination in the morning and at lunch and daily disinfection system after the start of school and strengthen the health education of infectious diseases. It is recommended that the general public having symptoms of vomiting or diarrhea, or symptoms of fever like cough or sore throat, do not go to work or send their children to school, and those with severe symptoms should seek medical advice promptly.
