From:Beijing Municipal Health Commission

At 19 o'clock on May 28, the dispatching center of the Beijing Emergency Center received a call for help from an anxious mother. When she came home from work, she found that the door was locked and could not be opened with the key. No matter how hard she knocked the door and how loudly she shouted, there was no response. Through the glass, she saw her child curled up on the sofa and did not move. She felt that there was something wrong and dialed 120 for help immediately. The dispatcher instructed the mother to call the police while contacting the demolition sector and dispatching an ambulance.
After the emergency personnel arrived, the door was quickly opened with the help of public security bureau and the fire station. Fortunately, the child just fell asleep, the doctor gently wakes up the child and checked the physical condition carefully to confirm that there is no abnormality.
As the first person responsible for children’s safety, parents must take good care of their children. When going out, do not leave the child alone at home. When swimming, be sure to pay attention to your child at all times in case of drowning. It is necessary to place items that may cause scald and stab wound out of reach of the child. If child’s head is traumatized with symptoms such as brain confusion, vomiting, dizziness, blurred vision, etc., he or she should be sent to the hospital for treatment immediately.
