The first meaning is "calling 120", which means that it is advised to call 120 promptly for help if you have an acute myocardial infarction. The second meaning is that the golden time of acute myocardial infarction rescue is 120 minutes. If the infarct blood vessels are opened within 120 minutes from the time of onset, it can greatly reduce the mortality and disability.

The hallmark symptom of myocardial infarction is chest pain. There will be a sense of pressure, tightness, burning or knife cutting on the chest, usually located behind the sternum, which can be radiated to the neck, lower jaw, upper abdomen, shoulders, back or left forearm. Other symptoms can be manifested as difficulty in breathing, chest tightness, shortness of breath, etc. Other symptoms such as emotional irritability, cold sweats, nausea and vomiting, palpitation and fear, the sense of dying, and even fainting may occur as well.

How to save yourself from acute myocardial infarction? Please keep the following 5 points in mind when you suspect you had an acute myocardial infarction. 1.
