In hot summer, morning exercise is prone to leading to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The elderly should exercise according to their physical condition. Do not exercise too early or too much. Usually doing Tai Chi, walking or doing exercises would be fine.

In addition to paying attention to the methods of exercise, it is necessary for middle-aged and elderly people to have certain first-aid knowledge. If you experience dizziness, headache, or severe chest pain and tightness during morning exercise, you should take some rest immediately. If you have severe pain or tightness in your chest, dizziness, headache, or weakness, it is best to seek medical treatment immediately or call 120.
