Municipal Health Commission Organized the 2nd Work Scheduling Meeting for Immediate Complaints Handling 2024 of the System

On February 26, 2024, the Municipal Health Commission organized and held the second work scheduling meeting for immediate complaints handling in 2024 of the system. Zhong Dongbo, Party Committee Secretary of the Municipal Health Commission, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Leaders and heads of departments of the “one committee and three bureaus” of the Municipal Health Commission, as well as the main leaders, leaders in charge and heads of responsible departments of all district health commissions and medical and health institutions attended the meeting. Wang Jianhui, Deputy Director of the Municipal Health Commission, presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, Wang Jianhui, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Municipal Health Commission, reported the assessment result of the "three rates" in January 2024 and the score deduction results in 2023 on the immediate handling of complaints of the system. He gave work tips accordingly. Li Ang, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Commission, reported on the seventh round of special inspections on immediate complaints handling of medical institutions in 2023.

It was pointed out at the meeting that it is necessary to strengthen the party's organizational leadership in immediate complaints handling. All units at all levels of the system should always adhere to the leadership of party building, stand on the level of implementing laws, regulations and rules, and further deepen their understanding of the work of immediate complaints handling. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of systems and mechanisms for immediate complaints handling. According to the "Key Points of Immediate Complaints Handling of Health System in Beijing 2024", the work direction for the whole year was determined. All key tasks throughout the year will be completed in an orderly manner, to promote the high-quality development of health industry.

It was required at the meeting that it is necessary to continue to enhance the people's sense of gain based on the standards of instant and good handling. We should adhere to the concept of people first, promote problem resolution, strive to increase the original resolution rate, and ensure that the system-wide work of immediate complaints handling moves to a higher level. It is necessary to improve the quality of hidden danger investigation and rectification, and pay close attention to all aspects of safety production work with the most determined attitude and the most pragmatic style, and safeguard the red line and bottom line of safety production.
