At present, the overseas epidemic situation continues to be spreading at a high level, and the domestic epidemic situation shows a trend of multi-point distribution and local interweaving. Beijing is facing the risk of infection imported by people or objects. In order to minimize the risk of epidemic spreading, four measures have been introduced to further strengthen external control and internal screening.
The first is to strengthen the control of personnel coming (returning) to Beijing. People who come (return) to Beijing should use "Beijing Health Assistance" to report to their communities (hotels, units, villages) before arriving in Beijing or within 12 hours after arriving in Beijing. Nucleic acid testing should be taken for once within 72 hours. It is necessary to avoid gatherings, or going to crowded places within 7 days after returning to Beijing. Units are encouraged to require employees to take an additional nucleic acid test within 48 hours before returning to work, and work from home before getting the negative test result.
The second is to strengthen the internal screening requirements of key industries. On the basis of the nucleic acid screening of the original "10+3" key industry groups, industries including elderly care institutions, schools and imported goods will be added. Nucleic acid testing of all employees will be carried out at least once a week at a ratio of 20% on working days.
The third is to improve the screening mechanism for imported goods. On the basis of continuing to strictly implement the normalized monitoring of imported cold chain food, regular inspections are carried out on all imported goods such as imported accessories, fruits, clothing and international mails.
The fourth is to give full play to the complementary role of antigen self-testing. For people in centralized quarantine, antigen self-tests are carried out on the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th days in the initial stage of centralized quarantine, and nucleic acid tests are carried out on the 1st and 4th days. For the personnel in the closed and controlled areas, the antigen self-test is carried out on the 2nd, 3rd and 5th days of the initial stage of regional population screening, and the nucleic acid test is carried out on the 1st and 4th days. For personnel in the prevention area, antigen self-tests are carried out on the 2nd, 4th and 5th days of the initial stage of regional population screening, and nucleic acid tests are carried out on the 1st and 3rd days.
Citizens should take the initiative to cooperate with various prevention and control measures and consciously fulfill their personal prevention and control responsibilities. In the next step, according to the development of the epidemic situation, the external control and internal screening measures will be dynamically adjusted to ensure the health and safety of the people.
