On September 27-29, the health commissions of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei jointly organized the "2021 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Comprehensive Drill for Health Emergencies" in Yanqing District, Beijing. A total of 17 health emergency teams, including more than 400 people, more than 80 vehicles for work and support of various types of health emergency and a medical helicopter from Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei participated in the exercise.

The core content of this exercise is the health emergency support for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, which mainly includes the prevention and control of infectious diseases related to the Winter Olympics, emergency treatment of water pollution incidents related to the Winter Olympics, and emergency medical rescue for major urban traffic accidents. Links such as case discovery and early treatment, case information reporting, transfer and admission, epidemiological investigation, specimen collection and inspection, epidemic confirmation and release, case rescue, and response termination has been set up.
