Municipal Health Commission Promote Work on Construction of Village-level Medical and Health Institutions and Personnel Replenishment

On September 17, the Primary Health Department of Municipal Health Commission held a "Promotion Meeting on Construction of One Clinic (Station) for One Village, and Supplement Work of Village-level Medical and Health Personnel" with the participation of the leaders of health commissions of 13 districts with rural areas and the municipal medical insurance center. Wang Jianhui, deputy director of the Municipal Health Commission, and Du Xin, deputy director of the Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau, attended the meeting.

Deputy Director Wang Jianhui put forward seven-point work requirements to the health departments of various districts related with rural areas based on the requirements of the municipal party committee and the municipal government on rural medical and health work and the actual situation in rural areas. The first is to unswervingly complete the construction of the better and strong "one clinic (station) for one village". The second is to speed up the deployment of village-level medical staff, activate the stock, and strive for increase. Third, it is necessary to standardize the health work content of the village clinics and develop standardized work manuals. The fourth is to further improve the service model of the village clinics, and implement the working mechanism of district assignment, township management, and village use. The fifth is to accelerate the implementation of designated medical insurance in village clinics, and strive to meet the pre-conditions of designated medical insurance through the principle of lenient entry and strict management. Sixth, it is necessary to carry out in-depth training, and conduct induction training for all types of new medical personnel, including medical technology and medical ethics. The seventh is to establish a regular notification and assessment system to promote experience, praise outstanding performance, and encourage the lagged behind ones.
