At the upcoming 2021 China International Service Trade Fair, the special exhibition on health services will be unveiled as one of the eight major sections for the first time. A series of products that have played a prominent role in China's epidemic prevention and control will also be exhibited in physical form at the fair.

At the briefing meeting, Zheng Jinpu, the second-level inspector of the Beijing Municipal Health Commission, introduced that since the global epidemic situation is still severe and complex, the first health service exhibition this year, hosted by the Beijing Municipal Health Commission, will be held on September 3~7th at Beijing Shougang Park. The special exhibition includes six themes, including epidemic prevention and control, medical services, technological innovation, traditional medicine, elderly health, and international medical care, covering innovative medicines, high-end medical devices, commercial medical insurance, medical health services, traditional medicine and other fields.

At present, the health service exhibition has attracted more than 100 domestic and foreign leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies, insurance and pension institutions, and well-known medical institutions, achieving a recruitment rate of 100%. Among them, the world's top 500 and leading enterprises accounted for more than 30%. The internationalization rate reached 22%, and more than 100 exhibitors and enterprises participated at the offline exhibition.

At the briefing session, Zhang Yuntao, vice president of China Biotechnology Co., Ltd., revealed that in this exhibition, China Biotech will showcase the neutralizing antibody detection reagents, three vaccines adopting different technologies, and COVID-19-specific immunoglobulin in the three fields of diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of COVID-19 in physical form, which have played a prominent role in the prevention and control of the epidemic in China.

In addition, 14 forum meetings will be organized on the topic of health. By then, representatives from the World Health Organization and medical associations, experts in the field of health from various countries, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and well-known scholars, leaders of medical institutions and pharmaceutical companies, and other authoritative experts will gather together to discuss the future development of global health and new ideas and perspectives.
