On August 9, the Municipal Health Commission convened the Municipal Center for Diseases Prevention and Control, Beijing Emergency Center, Chaoyang Hospital, Peking University Third Hospital, Ditan Hospital, Tiantan Hospital, Jishuitan Hospital, and Anding Hospital for monthly meeting on work scheduling to speed up the progress of the project. Each unit reported on the implementation of relevant work since the project started, including the formulation of the project implementation plan, the procurement of materials and equipment, the formulation of the capacity building specifications for emergency medical team, the team formation, and the summary of actual participation in rescue work. The responsible persons of the Emergency Office of the Municipal Health Commission put forward the following work requirements. First, it is required to strictly follow the requirements of the relevant notices, and solidly promote the capacity building of each module, equipment configuration, and professional training and drills. Second, it is necessary to strictly follow the procedures and regulations for government bidding and procurement as well as relevant laws and regulations in purchasing equipment to ensure that the procurement is completed on time, and the work capability is formed as soon as possible. The third is to establish the first-level standards and formulate high-quality standards and regulations for team building to guide various emergency rescues, and complete the set work goals. Arrangements for the monthly supervision plan and work priorities for the next quarter were made at the meeting.
