On the afternoon of September 8, the Party Committee of the Beijing  Municipal Health Commission held a forum, inviting 25 advanced individuals and 5  representatives of advanced collectives with national commendation for fighting  the COVID-19 epidemic from the municipal health system to share their  experience. The meeting was presided over by Lei Haichao, secretary of the Party  Committee and director of the Municipal Health Commission.

　　Lei Haichao emphasized that all units throughout the system should organize  cadres and employees to study the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's  important speech at the National Commendation Conference for Fighting the  COVID-19 Epidemic. He encouraged the commended medical staff to give full play  to their talents to promote the spirit of the conference, to popularize health  knowledge, to promote the formation of a good atmosphere of respect for doctors  in the whole society, and to widely advocate a new trend of health.
