  I. Epidemic overview

  During the 24th week of 2020, there were a total of 963 cases of 17 kinds  of legal infectious diseases reported, and 1 case died in the city. The top five  diseases with a large number of cases are Other Infectious Diarrhea,  Tuberculosis, Syphilis, Dysentery, and COVID-19, accounting for 83% of the total  number of cases of legal infectious diseases.

  II. Health tips for key epidemic situation

  Compared with last week, the number of reported cases of infectious  diseases increased by 11.1%. But the overall situation is at a low level  throughout the year. Cases of intestinal infectious diseases such as Dysentery  and Other Infectious Diarrhea have declined. Compared with last week, Dysentery  has decreased by 11.9%, and Other Infectious Diarrhea has decreased by 3.2%.

  The latest information of COVID-19 cases in our city could be checked in  the epidemic information released by our commission in time. From May 30th,  anyone who has been to the Beijing Xinfadi Agricultural Wholesale Market or had  close contact with market sales personnel should report to the unit and  community, and carry out nucleic acid testing and home observation. Symptoms  such as fever, cough, and sore throat should be reported to the unit and the  community and the patient should promptly go to the nearest fever clinic of  medical institutions. Citizens should further strengthen self-protection  awareness by wearing masks, washing hands frequently, ventilating, avoiding  getting together, maintaining social distance, advocating healthy eating habits,  etc. in daily life, and become the "first responsible person" for your  health.
