II. Health tips for key epidemic situation

Compared with last week, the number of reported cases of infectious  diseases has increased by 7.9%, but the overall number is at a low level  throughout the year. Among them, intestinal infectious diseases such as  Dysentery and Other Infectious Diarrhea are slowly rising. Citizens should pay  attention to the hygiene of food and drinking water, do not eat in places with  poor sanitation, focus on personal hygiene and hand hygiene, wash hands before  and after meals, drink boiled water or bottled water and barreled water with  hygienic qualification, and eat thoroughly cooked food.

Currently, the response level of the epidemic prevention and control in  this city has been adjusted to the third level, but the pressure of preventing  "external input and internal rebound" still exists. Citizens need to continue to  implement the normalization of epidemic prevention and control from the details  of life, strengthening self-protection awareness. It is necessary to make  wearing masks, washing hands and ventilating frequently, less gathering,  maintaining social distance, advocating healthy eating habits, etc. into  behavior norms in daily life, to develop healthy living habits and be the "first  person in charge" of your own health.
