In summer, bacterial food poisoning frequently breaks out due to eating unripe haricot bean, potherb and wild mushroom. According to the monitoring and report of National Disease Supervision Information Management System, food poisoning frequently occurs in many regions of China due to eating unripe, unclean and unwholesome food. Hence, all relevant authorities should adopt diverse means to popularize disease-prevention knowledge, enhance health education, and reinforce knowledge dissemination on the prevention of intestinal infectious diseases and food-borne diseases so as to reduce the occurrence of food-borne diseases and food poisoning.
