As the Qingming holiday approaching, there are many people traveling and  playing outdoor. While taking protective measures, we must also pay attention to  avoid the occurrence of injury. For general bleeding, direct compression and  pressure bandage could stop bleeding. You could cover the wound with a clean,  thick gauze cloth that has been disinfected, press it for 5-10 minutes, and then  wrap it with a bandage, which should not be too tight or too loose, and check  the blood circulation frequently. If you have a head trauma and coma, and  vomiting, convulsions or other symptoms, obvious wounds or hematoma, ear, nose  bleeding or bloody fluid (cerebrospinal fluid) outflow, pupils on both sides  reduced or with different size, or there is a sunken area on the surface, there  may be skull fractures. You should check the injured person's breathing and  heartbeat, and conduct cardiopulmonary resuscitation if necessary. The injured  person should lie on the back, and the head can be slightly raised. If there is  fluid flowing from one ear, the head should be put on the flowing side to let  the fluid flow out and avoid blocking. In the event of a knife stabbing, if the  stabbed blade remains in the body, you should not pull it out. It should be  fixed. If the internal organs come out, the injured person should lie in a  semi-recumbent or supine position. It is necessary to put a pillow under the  knees. You should use a clean bowl to cover the internal organs that have  dropped out, or cover the wound with a thick dressing, and then wrap it with a  bandage. You should never press the organs out. The injured person should avoid  coughing hard to prevent the internal organs from continuing dropping out, and  do not put the organs back to the abdominal cavity. When your face get injured,  hemostatic treatment is not the only thing to care about. It is also necessary  to repair the skin for beauty purpose. You should apply clean gauze or  handkerchief to protect the wound and seek medical treatment as soon as  possible. It is not recommended to treat the wound by yourself, and apply  ointment and powder to avoid contaminating the wound, which is not conducive to  the doctor's diagnosis and treatment, or may cause infection when it is  serious.
