Emergency field shall cut off the power supply in no time, so that the injurer can be departed from power supply as soon as possible. While the responder shall ensure no risk of getting an electric shock before giving first-aid, and he/she can pick or cut off wire, lamp, socket or other items from the body of injurer. In the case of electric shock being caused by high-voltage electricity, the responder must notice power supply company to cut off power and wait at a place 20 meters outside before power is off, or there will be risk of “step voltage”.

　　After the injurer get detached from power supply, the responder shall move him/her to well ventilated place, untie his/her button and belt. And the lightly injured personnel shall rest on the spot for one to two hours before taking any activities.

　　 And electric shock is mostly likely to cause cardiac arrest. For injurer falling onto the ground, it’s necessary to assess the conscious and breath as soon as possible; where cardiac arrest is found, it’s necessary to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation quickly, and call 120 for emergency physicians.
